Stunning hidden courtyard

I spent three nights here in the Junior Suite. It was a lovely hotel, and the location couldn't have been better. Just across the street from the beautiful Place des Vosges. The room had a charming decor and was spacious enough for my needs. The staff impressed me with their warm service, always greeting me with a smile. Breakfast featured a good selection and the fresh pastries were a highlight. One evening, I wanted to order room service but was disappointed to find the kitchen closed earlier than expected, which was frustrating. The suite had some quirky architectural features, which I found charming, but the bathroom felt quite cramped. Overall, the hotel had a unique atmosphere that I really enjoyed, though some minor improvements in service routines would elevate the experience further.

We had the most amazing stay, especially enjoying the cozy fireplace area and the beautiful, spacious rooms. The spa treatments, like the calming massages and soothing body scrubs, really helped us unwind. Just a heads-up, the layout of the fourth floor wasn't as charming as the rest, but that didn't take away from our experience at all! 😊

More comfortable seating for older guests would help.

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The service was unbelievably kind and attentive. I particularly loved the little terrace with drinks and snacks, the olives were just perfect!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Staying here felt like a charming escape. The historic decor and cozy atmosphere made our family, including our precious dog, feel right at home. The staff's warmth was evident as they accommodated our every need, making our visit so enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more child-friendly activities in the hotel.
